Weekend (scrappy) getaway!

This past weekend I had the pleasure of going down to Port Aransas thanks to my generous friend Sherry and our friend Lori who owns a condo.  We spent the weekend visiting, cooking, eating way too much (!), and, of course, scrapbooking!

On the beach with Sherry:

Lori's condo is nothing short of gorgeous.  There's a fantastic view of the coast from her 40-foot balcony and the condo itself is plush and very comfortable.  We cropped in the central conference room and stayed up until 4 am both Friday and Saturday nights... it was well worth it!

I didn't manage to get any pictures of the six of us ladies; I think those are on Sherry's camera.... :)

I got a whopping 20 layouts done-- yay me!  Four of those pages are Close To My Heart from a kit and therefore don't have pictures so I'll share those later.  Here are some of the other pages I made.

I'll be sharing a few pages per day over the next week so stay tuned and hopefully I can inspire you in some way to get your craft on!

Blessings,
Martha

  2. That sounds like fun. I am getting more and more excited about our retreat!

These are some great LO's and I recognize some of those papers from my own stash, either that are in there currently or some that I've used recently

  3. Looks like you had a great time AND got a lot of scrapping done, a win win situation! Great layouts, I really like the 1 in a million title and those shooting stars are awesome.
