It's been a minute!

It's been a minute since I've posted! And so much has happened.

I have NO idea who will even read this but I have to get it off of my chest.

Over six years have gone by since my last post... the last 2-1/2 of which have been utter hell.  On April 16, 2021 I lost my #1.  My son, my beautiful, intelligent, fun-loving, baby boy gained his angel wings and went on to Heaven.

I miss you, Mijo.  Every fiber of my being longs for a hug from you, longs to hear "I love you, Ma" just one more time.  Coming home to an empty house just isn't right.  But there's no more cancer, no more pain, no more tumor or lung metastasis or DVT or appointments or chemo or meds on top of meds on top of meds.  I rejoice at the fact that you are no longer suffering; the suffering is now mine because you aren't here but I will take it.  I will hold you in my heart forevermore until we meet again my sweet angel.  I love you more than any words can express.  From here until Heaven - Yours always, Mom

LO share!

Hiya!  Like I said, going to try to stay caught up with sharing my scrapbook pages because I also have lots and lots and lots of Stamps of Life cards to share!  Smile  Haven’t seen the SOL goods?  Well… that’ll be a whole ‘nother post.  Winking smile

First up, I had fun with some old papers, don’t know the company, along with Technique Tuesday dies for the stars and journal card.  The Force is with me as I drive along all over SA!

Nick and I had the pleasure of attending a friend’s daughter’s mustache party.  Nobody said anything about being silly but here we are!  It’s just who we are.  LOL!

New Year’s Eve… a couple of years ago.  A few of us gathered at my Mom’s house and just hung out.  The glitter paper is from a stack that I bought at Hobby Lobby.  Bling is Basic Grey and Prima, and the title is Cricut.

This is some horribly old paper too—trying to use up the stash!  Having lunch with my brother, nephew, and son.  Love these guys… and I love putting flowers on guy layouts because it looks A-OK to me!

Let. Summer.  BEGIN!!!  Nick couldn’t wait to hit the pool this year… so even though the water was still cold in April he dove right in.  I kinda just watched!  LOL!  Paper is Echo Park, I think, and lots of embellies from my stash.

Finally, another mustache layout because I love this trend!  I found mustache Band-Aids and *of course* Nick had to wear one on his upper lip.  He posed for me and everything.  Love this funny kid!  Pic is a couple of years old and I’m glad that I finally got around to getting the memory written down.  Paper and embellies are from a MAMBI kit; sheriff’s star and title are  Cricut.

I have some more to share but will hold off for now.  Thanks for stopping by and leaving love!

Blessings,
Martha
