Stopping by to share!  This first one uses an old CTMH line

of papers and stickers, along with a cut from one of the CTMH

Cricut cartridges (the beige mat under the photo). 

 

 

 

This next one uses Simple Stories though I can't remember if it's

Daily Grind or 24/7.... it's from a boatload of papers & goodies that

my bestie sent me last year! 

 

 

The bottom two drawings on this layout are actually pictures that I took

of one of Nick's book covers, from his school books.  The book fell out of his

backpack and I thought his little story was too funny and way

cute.  It *had* to be documented.  ;-) 

 

 

I also used up some Elle's Studio wood veneers and Thickers for the title.

our selfies

So I was playing with my Canon printer, which I *love* because not only

does it print really well but I can print through WiFi from my

iPhone (!), and I was trying to print four smaller pix onto

one 4x6 paper.  I have an app called A Beautiful Mess on my phone

and I was messing with that, too.  FUN! I wound up with 3 sets

of the same four pictures but I never quite got the sizing right. 

 Of course I wasn't going to throw away the pictures!  I made a

page about them.  All funny angles and all.  :D  I also left

the white borders intact.  Title is Thickers and Simple Stories.

 

 

I used up some of the Elle's Studio wood veneers and tags.  I LOVE

Elle's Studio!  I also used up scraps from Simple Stories' Daily

Grind and I Heart Summer collections. 

 

 

These super cute enamel dots are Heidi Grace Designs!

...and I'll just keep crafting on... :D :D :D

I made these two pages over the weekend, in between other projects (LOL).  Hiya Belinda! 

 

 

Simple Stories paper and stickers, SU! punch for the "surprise" title part. 

This paper is from the CTMH set called Dotty For You.  It was a special from last year that I've been hoarding and have finally decided to use.  LOL The picture is my favorite aunt and my cousin with her two daughters.  <3 them! 

 

The cork heart shapes are CTMH and are meant to be inked, if desired.  I didn't desire.  :-)  My title, "Dos Bendiciones" (my cousin's two blessings, as she had those babies later in life!) are CTMH letter stickers.  Can you tell that I did some hand stitching around my photo mat?  The pink DMC floss matches the white stitching around the clouds on the patterned paper. 

 

The big heart with my title and the #2 chipboard pieces and CTMH irresistibles.  They come in plain white and can be inked in any color; there is design on each shape that resists the ink (hence irresistible! :-) ).

 

I inked my heart in Smoothie ink and the #2 with Lagoon ink.

 

Nick and I were watching The Goonies on TV so I wanted to do something simple while I watched TV with that handsome little fella of mine. :-)  Adding stitching around my photo and here and there on my layout was the perfect thing!  There are some pink X's on some of the hearts, and some blue lines on some of the clouds, too.  The bling is Kaiser Craft and floss is DMC.
